just a quickie today

because you like those, don'tcha? and baby haters, i'll try not to be sad if you skip today's offering. but i promise, it'll be short and sweet.

i'm happy to report that after a week's use of the fabulous snoogle, my back no longer hurts! i still can't believe a lame ass body pillow really helped this much and lived up to the hype (at least, it was pretty hyped up on the BOTB board). and, WeezerMonkey, i know it's hard to lay cash out for something called a "snoogle", but a girl's gotta do what she's gotta do, ya know?

as much as i can't stand her, i was glued to the tv this morning to watch jillian reynolds on her last day at "good day l.a." before a 3-month maternity leave. and they said goodbye with the most fabulous pink and brown cake done by cake divas - it was surrounded with the most yummy-looking cupcakes. i'm really feeling the need for some baked goods now.

lastly, here's this week's belly pic. i don't do the traditional belly pics - mainly because nobody really needs to see my bare belly. really. trust me on this. the kid'll agree - she's banned me from maternity bikinis that show an inch of skin.

25 weeks down, 15 to go!

  1. You are so freakin' cute! Can I be at least half as cute as you when the time comes?

  2. I hate that you're so cute and pregnant. You've definitely got the glow.

Please, just call it a body pillow. "Snoogle" sounds like the name for the ugly noise that someone would make when they're laughing so hard, they snort.

  3. I stand by my original comment. ;)

Funny enough, Thong Song Brian was singing the praises of the Snoogle earlier this week. Well, not for himself, but on his wife's behalf.

  4. Yay for the crazy sounding pillow helping your back. I know it's a bitch when you're aching with no end in sight. Love the weekly belly pics.
