Damn! I just realized that it's been a solid month since I've set foot in the gym OR in yoga class. Eek.

And with the holidays looming over us for real...I'm in trouble. I can't help but think, though, "maybe I won't HAVE to worry about it pretty soon." [wink wink, nudge nudge]

I'm keeping this short because I have snacks to eat and recipes to peruse.
