something else to show off

last month, i got an e-mail from sarah chen, who'd shot the baby shower that MIL threw for me. she'd been contacted by an editor at the newest theknot.com spinoff site - partyspot.com, who'd seen her blog and found the gorgeous pictures she'd taken of the event. "they saw your shower on my blog and asked for your contact info to see if they could feature it on their new party site!" it said.

um, duh! y'all know what an attention whore i am. hell, yeah, i want some national exposure! heh.

and sure enough, within the next hour, i received an e-mail from brianne. "if you're interested, i'll send you a questionnaire to go over party details for us to publish with the photos," she said.

so after a few more e-mails back and forth, she finally said the magic words: "we're up! here's a link!"

fuckyeah! okay, nobody on earth knows about this site yet (except for me and the other parties that are also featured, and probably ALL of our friends). but i don't care. it's still cool as hell to see my purty pictures up on their site for all (some?) to see. whee!
